We offer 3 types of cab services:
1. Airport Cabs: You can use this service to travel to/from the airport.
2. Outstation Cabs: You can use our cabs to travel between any two serviceable cities. Depending on your requirements, you can either book a one-way trip or a round trip.
3. Self-Drive: You can also book a car and drive it yourself, to travel within/outside the city limits.
Our topmost priority is your well-being and our MySafety programme ensures you are protected during your journey with us. We have worked closely with our cab partners to introduce these stringent checks and measures for your safety:
1. All cabs are always sanitised before each trip.
2. Our drivers will always wear masks.
3. They will have the Aarogya Setu app with green status.
4. Sanitisers will be available in the cab.
We are also working closely to ensure our drivers get vaccinated as soon as possible, to ensure maximum safety for you and the driver as well.
We have given you the option to pay only a portion of the total amount, if you do not wish to pay the full amount while booking. The remaining amount can be paid to the driver in cash after the trip finishes. However, certain offers are applicable on full payment only.
Our fares include all tolls and taxes. Extra charges will have to be borne by you when you exceed the distance or journey time included in the fare. Please refer to the 'Read before you book!' section on the traveller details page for more information.
These extra charges (if any) will have to be paid to the driver once the trip is complete.
The cab and driver details will be shared with you between 2 hours to 30 minutes before your pick-up time via sms & whatsapp on the mobile number you used to book the cab with us. Please refer to the 'Cab & Driver Details' section on the traveller details page for more information.
COVID travel guidelines or e-Pass rules vary across routes. When you book with us, we show you the customised and relevant guidelines for your travel route, in the 'Read before you book!' section, on the traveller details page.

The price that we offer is all inclusive and comprises of fare components like driver allowance, state taxes, tolls etc. Please refer to the 'Read before you book!' section on the traveller details page to see what is included as part of your fare and what is not. The fare break-up will also be shown to you when you click the information icon next to the payable price on the same page.
Yes, you can easily cancel your booking any time before your pick-up by logging onto our app/website and navigating to your booking in the MyTrips section.
We have very friendly cancellation policies. In most cases, we offer free cancellation (zero penalty and full refund) up until 1 hour before your journey starts. Please refer to the 'Read before you book!' section on the traveller details page for more information.
In fact, you can even modify your cab booking from the MyTrips section.
Yes, we offer you the capability to modify your cab booking (change location or time) until a few hours before your journey starts. All you need to do is login to our website or app, navigate to your booking in the MyTrips section and modify your booking as per your requirement. Fare will be readjusted on the basis of your new travel route.
The number of passengers and luggage bags allowed will depend on the type of vehicle you have chosen. For example, an SUV like Innova Crysta can take up to 6 passengers and 3 luggage bags while a sedan like Toyota Etios can take up to 4 passengers and 2 luggage bags.
You can, of course, discuss these arrangements with the driver in case you want more flexibility. For example, if you are travelling alone, you can adjust a few more bags in the empty seats of the car as well.

No, we do not offer multiple pick-up or drop locations as part of our cab services yet.
For your travel from the airport, we have partnered with car suppliers who have counters just outside the airport. You can share your booking details at these designated kiosks and hop on to the next available cab without waiting in queues.
The details of the kiosk and how to reach there will also be shared with you, once the booking is completed.
Number of stops in the journey is at the discretion of the drivers and the customers. Waiting time charges may apply, as applicable. Check 'Read before you book!' section on the traveller details page to know more.
We aim to serve all bookings made on our platform. However, if the driver cancelled the trip, it must have been due to some unforeseeable circumstances faced by the driver. In any case, we will provide you a full refund.
You can also look for cabs with 'trip guaranteed, 2x refund' tag. For all such driver cancellations, you can get 200% refund.
No, pets are not allowed in the cabs. However, the final decision for this has been left to the discretion of the driver.
Yes, the price includes driver's food and lodging. Night charges may be included after a certain time, as and when applicable. Check 'Read before you book!' section on the traveller details page to know more.
The driver details are shared 45 minutes to 2 hours before the pick-up time. You can connect with the driver once you get the details.
We try to ensure that the drivers are experienced professionals and are familiar with the route they are driving in.
Any complaint is seriously dealt with, to ensure the best quality services for our customers.
No, you can book a cab without signing up or registering.
Though, we recommend you log in to avail coupons and discounts which are applicable for logged-in users only.
No, we don't provide non-air conditioned vehicles. You can ask the driver to switch off the AC, however, there will be no cost reduction.
No, we do not have a ride sharing option at the moment. This has been done to ensure extra safety for our customers and drivers during the pandemic.

The driver is equipped to deal with any mishap that might occur during the journey. For anything urgent, please connect with our helpline. Details for the same are listed in the 'MyTrips' section.
Refunds are transferred to you via your original mode of payment within 5-7 business working days.
